WE OPERATE A TAPROOM, TAPYARD & RESTAURANT IN ASHFORD FOR THE RELAXATION & ENJOYMENT OF OUR BEERS & FOOD.
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-loving General Manager. This is the heart of our operation, pouring fresh beer, hosting events, and creating a welcoming space for locals and visitors alike.
What you’ll do:
- Lead day-to-day taproom operations
- Manage, train, and motivate a small team
- Deliver excellent customer experiences
- Oversee stock, scheduling, and service standards
- Help drive events and community engagement

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver venue strategy and financial targets
- Lead, develop and motivate the front-of-house team
- Maintain excellent service standards and guest experience
- Ensure smooth, high-quality Food & Beverage operations
- Build strong relationships with guests and the local community
- Oversee safety, compliance, and licensing requirements
- Maintain accurate staff records and due diligence documentation
