The role
As our Print Finisher, you will play a vital role in the final stages of production — the point where a job truly comes to life. You will take ownership of every piece that passes through your hands and be the last line of quality before it reaches the client.
This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone who takes genuine pride in their craft and understands that finishing is what separates good print from great print.
Key responsibilities Operating and maintaining guillotine cutters, laminators, binding machines, and foiling equipment to a high standard. Carrying out binding, laminating, foiling, scoring, folding, and other finishing processes. Supporting digital and litho print workflows, with a solid understanding of how print choices affect the finishing process. Quality-checking finished work against client specifications before dispatch. Keeping the finishing area organised, clean, and running efficiently. Communicating any issues proactively and working with the team to meet deadlines without compromising quality
What we are looking for Proven experience in print finishing — guillotine, laminating, binding, foiling, and related operations. Good working knowledge of both digital printing and litho (offset) printing processes A meticulous eye for detail — you notice when something is not quite right and you fix it before it goes outA strong sense of ownership — you treat every job as if your name is on it. Ability to work at pace without cutting corners, especially under deadline pressure A team player who communicates well and takes responsibility for their work Experience in a commercial print environment preferred, but genuine passion and solid skills are what matters most.
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
