Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Appointment Setter / Lead Generator to join our remote team. Duties
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, introducing our services and qualifying leads
- Utilise CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-ups
- Engage with potential clients via email or other digital channels to generate interest and arrange appointments
- Maintain a organised pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads
- Develop scripts and outreach strategies to optimise appointment-setting success
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation roles
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to engage prospects effectively through phone calls and digital communication tools
- Experience working remotely with self-motivation and organisational skills
- Prior exposure to telemarketing or appointment setting within a sales environment is preferred but not essential
