We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated Trainee Dental Nurse to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has some experience and knowledge with the role and is keen to continue their journey whilst working towards a recognised Dental Nursing qualification. Full training and support will be provided throughout.
For those without and experience or knowledge may apply but the salary will need to be discussed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the clinical team during a wide range of dental procedures.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms before and after patient appointments.
- Ensure all instruments and equipment are cleaned, sterilised, and maintained in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients.
- Assist with taking and developing radiographs (following appropriate training and qualification).
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes.
- Ensure stock levels are monitored and supplies are replenished as required.
- Follow all practice policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Support the reception team when required.
- Attend college and complete coursework towards a recognised Dental Nursing qualification.
