As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, supporting the smooth operation of a busy 62 room hotel. We’re looking for a Hotel Receptionist with a positive and calm outlook, a friendly approach, who communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, has great attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
To shine as our Hotel Receptionist you should have previous experience of working within a hotel reception and knowledge of hotel reservations systems. You should also have good natural sales ability, an approachable manner, and knowledge of the MS Office suite.
