The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our close-knit team. You will work with children in a play-based, child-led environment where creativity and curiosity are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering child-led, play-based learning activities
- Observing and tracking children's development and progress
- Building warm, trusting relationships with children and families
- Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and personal development
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
- Contributing to EYFS documentation and learning journals
- Working collaboratively as part of a small, committed team
What We Are Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or actively working towards it)
- A genuine passion for child-led, play-based learning
- Warm, reliable and committed to making a difference
- Good communication skills with children, families and colleagues
- An enhanced DBS check will be required
