As Chef de Partie, you will be an important member of the brigade, working across the kitchen to ensure dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Run your own section during service
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Work closely with senior chefs to maintain kitchen standards
- Assist with preparation across all sections as required
- Maintain excellent hygiene and organisational standards
- Contribute positively to a hardworking and professional brigade
You will have experience within a fresh food kitchen and possess a genuine passion for cooking, ingredients, and hospitality.
