Job Title: Community Support Worker
Location: Various across Norfolk and Suffolk
Contract Type: Full-time (Average 37.5 hours per week) Monday-Sunday

Basic Salary: £26,325 - £27,300 per annum (pro rata if part-time)
£13.50 p/h to £14.00 p/h + enhancements for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
About You:
As a Community Support Worker, you will be providing dedicated support to children, young people and adults with a range of disabilities, disorders, impairments and difficulties based within their family homes and out in the community.
You will need to be resilient, patient, and committed to providing high quality care, all whilst ensuring safeguarding is at the forefront of all decisions made.
As the role requires you to travel around the community, the post holder must have a valid UK driving licence and access to their own car. The role will require you to complete sleep ins as and when required to ensure continuity of care.
