We’re hiring a passionate and creative Memberships & Appeals Manager to help deepen audience loyalty and grow philanthropic support. The Membership & Appeals Manager builds meaningful relationships with audiences by creating compelling opportunities for them to engage, support, and champion our work.
This role blends strategic project work with day-to-day delivery, supporting the refresh of ENO’s membership offer while helping to deliver engaging campaigns and appeals that inspire loyalty and income growth.
We’d love to hear from individuals who bring a mix of creativity, organisation, and audience-focused thinking, alongside an enthusiasm for using data and systems to enhance supporter experiences and drive impact.
Requirements:
A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer/member experience
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce engaging and accurate copy
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and with members
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and inform decision-making
Creative thinking in developing member experiences, campaigns, and content
Passion for opera, theatre, or the performing arts
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events
