About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and experienced Garden Maintenance & Landscaping Team Member to join our growing team. You will be working on a variety of domestic and commercial properties, delivering high-quality garden care, maintenance, and landscaping services.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will be varied and dynamic, including but not limited to:
- Lawn Care: Mowing, strimming, and general lawn maintenance.
- Garden Care: Hedge cutting, pruning, and flower bed maintenance (weeding, planting, mulching).
- Clearance & Groundwork: Basic tree work, garden clearances, and green waste management.
- Hard & Soft Landscaping: Assisting with turfing, planting schemes, fencing, and basic landscaping projects.
- Property Care: High-pressure jet washing of patios, driveways, and pathways.
- Equipment Care: Safe operation and daily maintenance of professional petrol power tools and hand tools.
Job Requirements (Mandatory)
Please ensure you meet the following criteria before applying:
- Experience: Previous professional experience in garden maintenance or landscaping is essential.
- Age Restriction: Must be 21 years old or over (for company vehicle insurance purposes).
- Driving Licence: A full, clean UK driving licence is required.
- Tool Proficiency: Proven experience confidently and safely operating petrol machinery and hand tools (e.g., mowers, hedge trimmers, strimmers, chainsaws/saws).
