Overview
TBA Global is an international tax, accounting, and compliance service provider, supporting global e-commerce sellers with solutions including VAT, EPR, product compliance, company formation, accounting, and other cross-border business services.
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager who is fluent in both Turkish and English to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a customer focused professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced international environment.
The Role
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our Turkish speaking clients and other international clients, supporting them throughout their VAT/EPR registration and compliance journey. You will work closely with our tax specialists and operational teams to ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and professional assistance.
You will also act as the voice of our clients within the organisation, providing valuable feedback and insights to help improve our processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via email, telephone, and online communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Guide clients through registration, compliance, and related administrative processes.
- Identify opportunities to up sell and cross sell our services to existing clients.
- Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to resolve complex client matters.
- Gather client feedback and communicate valuable insights to management.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with company procedures.
- Track and report individual performance metrics to your line manager.
- Undertake ad hoc client service, administrative, and operational tasks as required, supporting the wider business objectives of the company.
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service, account management, client relationship, or business development role.
- Fluent in both Turkish and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Professional, resilient, and customer-focused attitude.
Desirable
- Experience within tax, accounting, compliance, financial services, or other professional services sectors.
- Knowledge of VAT, EPR compliance, or international trade regulations.
- Experience using CRM systems, such as HubSpot.
- Previous experience working with international clients.
