Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced HLOP (High Level Order Picker) Operator to join our busy warehouse team in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. The role will also involve a variety of general warehouse duties alongside HLOP operation.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) safely and efficiently

Picking and packing orders at height

Assisting with general warehouse duties such as loading/unloading, stock control, and goods-in/goods-out

Ensuring stock is handled with care and accuracy

Carrying out regular equipment checks

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:

Previous experience operating a HLOP is preferred

Valid certification or licence for HLOP operation (desirable)

Willingness to carry out general warehouse tasks as required

Good attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong work ethic and reliability
