The Role
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about property, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by delivering results. While there will be some exposure to lettings and wider business operations, the primary focus of the role is supporting and progressing our estate agency offering.
You will take ownership of properties across both sales, from valuation and onboarding through to marketing, negotiation, and closing deals. No two days will look the same, and the role requires a proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in estate agency. We are looking for individuals with the drive, curiosity, and commercial mindset with drive to develop towards a future Valuer position.
This role offers a genuine pathway into a future Valuer position within Umega. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn how to win business, build client relationships, understand the market, and ultimately show us they can successfully sell property.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks Sales:
Take full ownership of properties while on the market
Guide clients through the full sales journey from property preparation to offer acceptance
Coordinate property preparation for marketing, and listing creation
Manage enquiries, arrange viewings, follow up, provide regular feedback and insights to clients
Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Liaise with solicitors and stakeholders to ensure smooth, speedy transactions
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
Skills & Experience Required
Sales driven mindset with the ability to negotiate and close the deals to ensure the best outcome for our clients
Target-driven with a desire to achieve and exceed KPIs
Proven administrative experience with strong organisational abilities
Previous experience in property, sales, or lettings is desirable
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Confident using systems, with the ability to adapt to and improve processes
Full UK driving licence is required.

Salary: £25,000- £28,000 depending on experience
