Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to a variety of building projects, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and safety. Duties
- Assist in the construction, repair, and refurbishment of residential, commercial, or industrial structures.
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinetry, and finishing work.
- Carry out roofing installations and repairs to ensure weather-tightness and durability.
- Apply construction painting techniques to prepare surfaces and achieve desired finishes.
- Install plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings in compliance with regulations.
- Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete pouring Plastering.

- Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently across various tasks.
- Fabricate components on-site as required to meet project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, masonry, or related trades is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of construction brickwork, plumbing, plastering processes is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely is essential.
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications accurately.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction trades are preferred but not mandatory.
