Job Summary:
Augill Beck Park is seeking reliable cleaners to join our housekeeping team. We are expanding our accomodation range from luxury Pods and Lodges with hot tubs due to high demand. We are proud to provide first class experiences for our customers. This means the houskeeping roll is a vitally important and responsible position. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the lodges and pods in our letting fleet. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service will contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.
Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks such as polishing, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize showers, toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Clean kitchen including oven, fridge freezer, work surfaces
- Ensure all crockery, glasswear, utencils etc is clean
- Clear rubbish from the holiday accommodation
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Restock soaps and welcome packs
- Make up beds with clean linen, stock lodges with towels as required
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
