We operate with small playgroups (max 8 dogs), a five-star licence, and a commitment to delivering a safe, structured, and engaging environment for every dog.
The Role
We’re hiring a Dog Daycare Driver & Trainer to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role combining:
- Dog handling and group supervision
- Basic training and enrichment
- Driving (dog pick-up and drop-off using company vehicle)
You’ll be a key part of delivering a high-end daycare experience for both dogs and their owners.
Location Requirement (Essential)
You must live within a 30-minute drive of the following areas:
Wandsworth, Putney, Fulham, Kensington, Battersea, Hammersmith, Mortlake, Barnes, Sheen, Chiswick, Twickenham
Applications outside this area will not be considered due to early start times and travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage small groups of dogs (up to 8)
- Provide safe handling, structure, and basic training
- Drive company vehicle for dog collection and drop-off
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe environment
- Monitor dog behaviour and ensure welfare at all times
- Deliver excellent customer service to dog owners
Working Hours - Full time and part time available
Requirements
- Experience working with dogs (daycare experience preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Confident handling multiple dogs
- Reliable, punctual, and organised
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Dog grooming experience highly desirable
Bonus Skills
Dog grooming experience is highly desirable, and there may be opportunities to assist with or develop grooming services within the business.
However, grooming experience is not essential. We're primarily looking for someone who is passionate about dogs, confident handling them safely, and committed to delivering exceptional care, training, and enrichment.
