Case Handler - Personal Injury

This is a prime opportunity to join a fast growing business with an experienced and passionate team within the medico-legal sector.
Due to growth the team is in need of a case handler who has a keen eye for detail and who will provide outstanding customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage your own personal injury caseload
- To liaise with stakeholders such as solicitors and medical experts as well as the claimants
- Apply and obtain medical records from various GP surgeries and hospitals
- To co-ordinate and manage the booking of appointments for the claimants
- Review and analyse medico legal reports to ensure it is CPR compliant and fit for purpose
- General office admin
Personal requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in an administrator role
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Experience in data input
- GDPR awareness and best practice
- Professional phone and email manner
- Experience with Proclaim is desired but not essential
