Front of House/Receptionist required for a county hotel in Northumberland.
Ensure a seamless and quality customer experience for guests.
Manage bookings, greet guests, ability to to resolve any customer issues.

- Recording and updating of information.
- Experience in handling money.
- Ability to serve meals and drinks professionally to customers.
- Complaint handling.
- Assist the Hotel Manager in the smooth operation of the business.
The position is available on either a part-time or full-time basis with flexible shifts that cover the operational needs.
Experience preferred, however training will be provided.
