Equans is looking for an M&E Electrical Apprentice to join our team at Central Middlesex Hospital. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Support the Estates Management team providing a 24 hour maintenance service
- Assist with planned preventative maintenance and remedial work on electrical and mechanical hospital equipment including emergency lighting transformers and motors
- Promote excellent customer service and liaise with other departments on maintenance issues
- Observe all health and safety regulations including Health and Safety at Work Act COSHH and EAWR
- Diagnose faults repair and maintain complex equipment following hospital technical guidance after suitable training
- Work collaboratively with other trades where needed
- Maintain ongoing personal and professional development through training programmes
- Undertake any other reasonable duties relevant to the role

Who are you?
- Four GCSEs Grade 4 or above including Maths English and Science or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Accountable with high integrity and respect for others
- Team player focused on meeting customer needs
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
