We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and Skilled Construction Site Labourer to join our busy team. This role requires a professional with a solid, proven understanding of the building and construction industry. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who is ready to "get stuck into" a wide variety of tasks on-site, supporting tradespeople and ensuring the smooth progression of our projects. Key Responsibilities
- Site Support: Assist qualified tradespeople (such as carpenters, bricklayers, and groundworkers) with daily operations.
- Task Versatility: Perform diverse manual tasks.
- Tool Operation: Safely handle and operate a range of hand tools, power tools (drills, grinders),
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and safely transport construction materials, timber, and equipment across the site.
- Site Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free working environment in strict adherence to Health & Safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: Proven prior experience as a skilled or semi-skilled labourer on active construction sites.
- Team Player Attitude: Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to collaborate and take on varied tasks as required.
- Safety First: A valid CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) is essential.
- Physical Fitness: High level of physical stamina and strength to comfortably manage heavy lifting and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
