We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2–5 years’ relevant experience within a childcare settings or residential care setting.
Applicants should have previous experience in a supervisory or management role, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
A Level 3, 4, or 5 qualification in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, or a related field is preferred, alongside strong practical experience working within children’s settings.
