We’re looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress with a warm personality, excellent customer service skills, and previous hospitality or restaurant experience.

Evenings & weekends – part-time or full-time options available
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper handling of all food items
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Handle guest enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service periods
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Basic maths skills for bill calculation and cash handling
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: £12.21-£15.64 per hour
