Main Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, teas, etc.)
- Operating coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment
- Taking customer orders and handling payments (cash and card)
- Customising drinks based on customer preferences
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee bar, tables, and equipment
- Restocking supplies (milk, beans, cups, syrups, etc.)
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
Customer Service Duties
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering questions about menu items
- Handling complaints politely and resolving issues where possible
- Working efficiently during busy periods
Skills Required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work quickly under pressure
