We’re opening the doors to a brand‑new, independently run village gastro pub in Great Corby, and we’re looking for an energetic, hands‑on Assistant Restaurant Manager to help bring our vision to life. What you’ll be doing
- Leading daily operations — supporting the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient service across all shifts.
- Delivering standout guest experiences — creating a welcoming atmosphere and building genuine relationships with our guests.
- Supporting and motivating the team — helping train, guide, and inspire front‑of‑house staff.
- Maintaining high standards — ensuring our service, presentation, and cleanliness are consistently excellent.
- Contributing to growth — bringing ideas, passion, and initiative as we establish ourselves in the local community.
