AK Fire Protection & AK Construction & Build are looking for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our growing team on a long-term social housing contract in Rotherham.

- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am – 4:00pm

The Role
You'll be carrying out repairs and maintenance works within occupied social housing properties. We are looking for reliable operatives who take pride in their work and provide a high standard of customer service.
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working in a multi-trade role
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Ideal Skills
The successful candidate should be confident in carrying out:
- Basic joinery repairs
- Very basic plumbing works
- General multi-trade maintenance
