We are an aggressively expanding company that currently operates three repair outlets in Oxford. We are seeking a repair technician who possesses the skills required to repair mobile phones, laptops, MacBooks, and other electronic gadgets. The ideal candidate must have previous mobile repair experience, work independently to the highest standards, and be trustworthy and exceptionally hardworking.
As a Mobile Phone Repair Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Identify and diagnose faults quickly and accurately.
- Replacing components and replacement parts with precision to restore gadgets to their original performance levels.
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of electronics and the ability to read schematics with ease.
- Providing timely updates on repairs to ensure that customers stay informed throughout the process.
- Diagnosing and repairing complex issues at the 2nd level, and possessing 3rd level board repair skills, which will be a significant advantage.
- Having a deep understanding of Mac, Windows operating systems, and related software.
- Possessing excellent communication skills to provide customers with the highest levels of service and advice.
