Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: £19.80 per hour
We have an opportunity for an experienced UPVC Carpenter to join a skilled in-house maintenance team supporting social housing properties across Slough, Brent, and Berkshire.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of internal and external window repairs, including single and double glazing, as well as door repairs, lock refits, and general door maintenance
- Undertaking a range of carpentry tasks, including bathroom sub floors, bath panels and framework, kitchen repairs and refits, and other general maintenance tasks
- Performing external door fittings, splice repairs, and locksmith work as required
- Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions and provide electronic updates on work completed or scheduled
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be provided)
