We are a growing concrete product casting company looking for additional member of staff to work in manufacturing.
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Assistant to join our production team. This positing is a labour intensive position within a team, as a growing company there is plenty of opportunity for new roles and progression within the team. .
Ideally looking to start someone within the next 3 weeks but depending on finding the right person, this can be adjusted. . Interviews will take place via in-person on the 10th June.
Key Responsibilities:
- De-moulding concrete products from moulds safely and efficiently
- Casting concrete products, filling the moulds with concrete
- Preparing samples to be sent to customers
- Wrapping and preparing pallets for shipping or storage
- Assisting with casting concrete products and learning production processes
- Keeping the work area clean, safe, and organised
- Following all safety procedures and company policies

- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and manual handling
- Good attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
