Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Gardeners to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis with an immediate start. Responsibilities
- Use hand tools such as secateurs, spades, and rakes to maintain gardens and outdoor spaces
- Operate power tools including lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers safely and effectively
- Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of plants
- Plant new flora, including flowers, shrubs, and trees, following horticultural best practices
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, pruning, weeding, and mulching
- Monitor plant health and identify potential pests or diseases for appropriate action
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
Requirements
- Experience in gardening or horticulture is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and plant care
- Growing experience or background in horticulture will be advantageous
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A valid driver’s licence is preferred but not essential

Pay: £26,500.00 per year
