Experience within marketplaces, e-commerce, seller growth, partnerships, platform strategy or a related field.

Strong commercial and partnership management capabilities, including supplier and stakeholder negotiation.

Understanding of seller economics, monetisation models and marketplace growth drivers.

Demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and markets.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse priorities.

Strong analytical mindset, using data and insights to identify opportunities and inform decisions.

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive and entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to build and scale new capabilities.

Experience working within marketplace ecosystems, platform partnerships or marketplace growth functions.

Experience operating in international and multicultural environments.

Knowledge of analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI or Tableau.

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Experience delivering cross-border or multi-market programmes.

Additional language skills, including French, Spanish or Polish.
