About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Assembler with a passion for high-quality craftsmanship. You’ll join a team of skilled joiners and furniture makers in our Bristol workshop, helping to build and assemble everything from bespoke furniture pieces to full kitchen sets.
This is a hands-on role where precision, quality, and teamwork are key. While most of your time will be spent in the workshop, there will be occasional need for collection, deliveries and installations across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture kitchen cabinetry and bespoke furniture to a high standard
- Interpret CAD drawings, written instructions, and technical plans
- Operate a wide range of woodworking machinery, including table saws, spindle moulders, planers, and thicknessers
- Use both traditional hand tools and modern power tools with precision and care
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and safe working practices
- Assist in the development and testing of new products and processes
- Contribute to initiatives to improve workflow and efficiency
- Support with deliveries, snagging and installations on-site when required
Skills:
Essential
- 1–5 years of experience in cabinet making or joinery
- Proficient in reading and working from CAD drawings
- Skilled in using a wide range of workshop machinery
- Understanding of timber, veneers, finishes, and woodworking materials
- Quality-focused, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with site work and client-facing installations
- Full, clean driving license
Advantageous
- Experience working in a sustainable or high-end production environment
- Additional training, qualifications, or further education related to the field
- Industrial experience in CNC operation
- Familiarity with oiling, painting, and finishing processes

Job Types: Full-time permanent, 37.5 hours per week
