The Role
We’re looking for a highly adaptable, analytical, and execution-focused Founder’s Associate to work directly with the founder(s) on strategy, operations, and growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving ambiguous problems, and wants broad exposure to building and scaling a company.
As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll act as an extension of the founder - helping prioritise initiatives, drive execution, and ensure critical projects move forward quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the founder(s) on strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to support decision-making
- Own and execute cross-functional projects from idea to implementation
- Help improve internal processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Support fundraising, investor updates, and board materials where needed
- Coordinate with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Prepare presentations, analyses, and business recommendations
- Track KPIs and identify opportunities for growth or optimization
- Assist with hiring, recruiting coordination, and onboarding initiatives
- Manage high-priority administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in startups, consulting, operations, or similar high-performance environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities
- Proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and presentation tools
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
