The Role
- Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant position
- Supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Working with individuals and small groups to boost progress
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Supporting children with varying learning needs
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
The Ideal Candidate
- A graduate with a strong academic background
- Passionate about working with children and education
- Aspiring teacher looking to pursue a PGCE or teacher training pathway
- Positive, proactive and eager to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
