Job Title: Care Support Worker (Driver Required)
We are looking for a caring and reliable Care Support Worker to support individuals with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping, and community access. The role involves travelling between clients and accompanying them to appointments and social activities.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential
Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support
- Promote independence and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care records
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Hours: Full-time
Location: South end on sea
Enhanced DBS check required. Training and career development opportunities provided.
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
