Juices4Life is one of the UK's fastest-growing fresh juice, smoothie, and dessert franchises. Born in Birmingham and now expanding into London, we're on a mission to bring bold flavours, quality ingredients, and real energy to every high street we land on. Shoreditch is our first East London location and we're looking for the right person to lead it from the very beginning.
The opportunity
This isn't a role where you walk into someone else's setup. You'll be on the ground from day one. Helping shape the team, the culture, and the customer experience at Juices4Life Shoreditch. We want someone who takes ownership, brings energy, and knows how to run a tight, high-performing operation in a busy London environment.

What you'll be doing
- Leading the store from pre-opening through launch and beyond. Getting everything set up the Juices4Life way from day one
- Recruiting, training, and building a motivated team that's proud of what they serve and how they serve it
- Driving sales performance, managing costs, and hitting the targets that keep the business healthy
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance at all times
- Creating a customer experience that keeps Shoreditch coming back and talking about us
- Working closely with Juices4Life head office, following brand standards while bringing your own initiative to make the store thrive locally
What we're looking for
Experience managing a team in a food & beverage, café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
A natural leader who sets the standard, leads by example, and brings the best out of the people around them
Commercially aware, you understand how to read numbers, manage stock and labour, and make smart daily decisions
Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety Level 2 minimum, Level 3 preferred
Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and not afraid to get stuck in when it gets busy
Excited by the idea of opening something new not just maintaining, but building
