We are looking for someone to work mainly Saturday evenings with flexibility to work other shifts when needed Thursday - Saturday.
It is also preferred you live locally to Birmingham with easy transport links as the finishing hours could be midnight+
The individual will have to be friendly, approachable with a passion for good food and drink.
We are a small team. So the individual will have a 'can do' attitude to help in both the restaurant and kitchen, there is a lot of washing up!!
The role will include welcoming guests, explaining our menus, clearing tables and gaining feedback, setting tables and general cleaning of the restaurant and kitchen.
