We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of food items served alongside drinks.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times, responding promptly to guest inquiries or concerns.
- ensure all areas of the pub are cleaned on a regular basis
- Change barrels or be prepared to learn
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with the ability to work well in a team environment.

Please note this is not a live in position and you must have your own transport, bar experience is required and this is a part time role (2-3 shifts per week plus holiday cover)
