Zen Educate is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school on a full-time, long-term basis.
This role will primarily involve teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the potential to support Key Stage 5 for the right candidate.

The Role
- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 - Potentially teach Key Stage 5 (A-Level) depending on experience - Plan, prepare, and assess in line with the national curriculum - Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners - Track and monitor student progress, implementing targeted interventions where necessary - Contribute positively to the Maths department and wider school community Requirements - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential - A minimum of one full academic year of teaching experience - Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4 Maths - Experience or confidence teaching KS5 is desirable - Excellent classroom management skills - Commitment to high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour What We Offer - Competitive salary paid to scale (MPS/UPS) - Full-time, long-term stability - Supportive leadership and collaborative department - Opportunities for continued professional development
