We’re looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a part-time basis. If you’re inspired by the energy and flavours of South-East Asian street food and love delivering exceptional dishes with flair, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook fresh, flavour-packed dishes to Bar Soba’s high standards
- Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of kitchen operations
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices
- Bring creativity and enthusiasm to menu development and daily specials
- Work efficiently within a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen team
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Experience working in an Asian or pan-Asian cuisine restaurant is highly preferable - familiarity with wok cookery, fresh ingredients, and bold flavour combinations is a big advantage
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
