We’re looking for a passionate, reliable and motivated Line Chef to join our busy kitchen team.

Our General Manager started their career in the kitchen, so they understand the pressures, the pace and the hard work that goes into every service. You’ll be managed by someone who knows exactly what it’s like to stand in your shoes—not someone who’s never worked a section.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to company standards.
- Managing your section during service.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding food every shift.
- Helping with stock rotation, food preparation and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen.
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive working environment.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Line Chef, Chef de Partie or Commis Chef looking to step up.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team.
- Pride in producing consistently great food.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy services.
- A willingness to learn and develop.
