Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, maintaining high standards of presentation and taste.
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency and quality across all menu items.
- Manage food safety protocols, including hygiene standards and allergen controls, in compliance with regulations.
- Train new team members on food preparation techniques and safety procedures.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within a professional kitchen environment.
- Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production.
- Strong background in kitchen management, team leadership, and hospitality operations.
- Demonstrable knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Previous restaurant experience with a focus on high-quality service delivery.
Pay: £15.00 per hour
