Working 40 hr week salary is c£33k depending on experience, with fantastic benefits with this growing provider. On all good transport links too, walking distance from town centre.

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader / Third in Charge Role
- Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
- Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
Ideal Nursery Room Leader / Third in Charge Candidate
- Passionate about early years and children’s development within a nursery setting
- Strong team leader, able to motivate and support staff in your room
- Proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards
- Promotes best practice and ensures a safe, nurturing environment across the nursery setting
