Sous Chef – New Opening in Hove
Plates by Carne is looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to work in the kitchen at our exciting new site opening in Hove this August.
Our new venue will combine everything we love about Carne with fresh new ideas and dishes, creating a unique dining experience for our guests.
Working with local suppliers and some of the finest ingredients available, you'll have the opportunity to shape and deliver a menu focused on quality, seasonality, and creativity.

- Previous experience in a Sous Chef role
- A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Commitment to maintaining high culinary standards
