We are currently looking HGV Class 1 drivers required for general haulage.
Immediate start available
You must have
- C+E Licence
- A valid Driver Qualification card (Driver CPC card)
- No more than 6 penalty points
- A digital tacho card
- A good understanding of drivers hours and working time
- A good knowledge of UK roads
We offer

Salary: £35000-£46000 gross per annum including nights out
Example on 65 hours (61.25hrs paid after breaks)
50 Hours basic £675
11.25 hours overtime £174.75
5 x meal allowance £50 (tax free)
Total before tax £899.75

Responsibilities
- Operate HGV Class 1 C+E vehicles for long-distance transportation, ensuring compliance with all road regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
- Deliver goods to various locations, maintaining accurate delivery records.
- Manage loading and unloading of goods, ensuring secure transport.
- Communicate effectively with company planners and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to company policies and procedures.
