Paint Shop Operative
Location: Guildford – Manufacturing Plant
Hours: Monday - Friday 06:00 – 15:00
We are a well-established manufacturer of traditional sash and casement windows with over 20 years’ experience. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Paint Shop Operative to join our manufacturing team.
Key Duties:
- Sanding, filling, and preparing timber windows and doors for spraying
- Working efficiently within the prepping and glazing team
- Maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail
- Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
- Managing workload to meet deadlines
- Communicating effectively with the team
About You:
- Previous paint shop or timber prep experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
