Night-Time Cleaner 10pm - 12.30am
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial settings
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, showers, and communal areas according to health and safety standards
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used efficiently and stored appropriately after use
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow designated cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent standards of hygiene are met
- Dispose of waste responsibly, adhering to recycling protocols where applicable
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail ensuring thorough cleanliness in all assigned areas
- Reliable with a flexible approach to working hours within the part-time schedule
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety standards
- Have a drving licence and access to a car
Pay: £13.00 per hour
