A prestigious, high-end hair salon in Chelsea is seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to be the face of our brand and the first point of contact for our discerning clientele.
This is a key front-of-house role suited to someone who thrives in a luxury environment, delivers exceptional customer service, and has a strong background inretail sales.

The Role
- Welcoming clients with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
- Managing appointments, phone calls, and email enquiries efficiently
- Handling payments, tills, and daily reports
- Actively promoting and selling premium haircare and retail products
- Maintaining a polished, calm, and organised reception area
- Supporting the wider salon team to ensure a seamless client experience
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front-of-house professional
- Strong retail sales experience (luxury or beauty preferred)
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and highly organised
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Passion for customer service and attention to detail
