The Role You'll receive full training in every part of our kitchen operation, including: - Cooking over traditional charcoal grills - Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard - Running the pass (expo) during busy services - Food preparation and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen - Supporting the team at festivals, pop-ups and private events - Delivering consistently great food in a fast-paced environment No charcoal grilling experience is necessary—we'll teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
