An exciting opportunity has arisen for Multi Trade Operatives, Multi Trade Carpenters, Multi Trade Plumbers and Multi Trade Plasterers to work for a Social Housing Contractor on a permanent basis, covering South London and areas south of the Thames. The roles offer a salary of up to £38,000 per annum.
Successful operatives will be required to work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance.
Location
- South London - Southwark, Lewisham, Greenwich, Bexley, Bromley, Croydon
Working hours
- 08:00am – 17:00pm
- Up to 7 jobs per day
Duties include
- Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties
- Completing carpentry or plumbing works along with associated multi‑trade tasks
- Providing a professional and customer‑focused service to residents
- Optional participation in out‑of‑hours call‑out work
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard

- Have experience working within social housing properties
- Provide your own basic hand and power tools
- Have access to a smartphone (jobs issued via an app – BYOD allowance paid at £20 per month)
- Be reliable, professional, and able to work independently
