We’re looking for a motivated, physically fit Logistics Event Porter to join our busy operations team. If you enjoy active work, solving problems, and being part of the engine that keeps events running smoothly, this role will suit you perfectly.

From our two purpose-built units in Edinburgh’s South Gyle—totalling over 10,000 sq ft and housing a state-of-the-art production kitchen and tasting room—our team of chefs, logistics professionals and hospitality experts deliver elevated food experiences with precision, passion and personality.
We offer a high-end catering service at weddings, private and corporate events.
The events include catering for stays at luxury residences, weddings, private dinners, BBQ’s, corporate dinners, conferences & lots more.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Organising and maintaining the warehouse so equipment is easy to find and ready to go
● Loading, unloading, and delivering event equipment using company vans
● Working closely with key company staff to support event setup and logistics
● Keeping the unit clean, tidy, and safe — including operating the industrial dishwash machine
● Handling equipment, furniture, and materials with care and efficiency
● Taking initiative and problem-solving independently when required
● Supporting weekend operations — especially Sundays, which are a core part of the working pattern
What We’re Looking For
● Someone physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
● A reliable, organised person who takes pride in a tidy workspace
● A confident driver (van experience is a bonus)
● A team player who can also work independently when needed
● Someone who stays calm, practical, and solution focused during busy periods
● A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
Working Pattern
● 5 days out of 7, including regular weekend work
● Flexibility is essential due to the nature of events
